There are questions that come up time and time again in life: Who are we? What do we do or what is our purpose? Why do we do it? How did we get here? Where are we going?

We believe that as an individual or as a business life becomes a lot simpler when we have clarity. At The Color Club, our job, is literally, to provide clarity: visual clarity that helps our clients to better tell their stories to their customers, or clarity that enables them to know exactly where they stand when they are doing business with us. The clarity that means our employees know why they are working for us, what they are required to do, as well as the rewards they’ll receive when we achieve success together.

So for those that don’t already know us, this is just a small introduction to our business, which we hope doesn’t bore you, and that dispenses with all of the usual corporate clichés, to help you decide whether we’re the kind of company you’d like to do business with.

Who are we?

We’re a bunch of people who love images, creativity, technology, excellence, achievement and fun, and we work in Europe and in Asia for companies, from all different sectors, from all over the planet. We’re all different people but we’re headed in the same direction

What do we do?

We could say that: “We’re a Danish Design and Production Company, working in Copenhagen and Central Saigon” – and in fact it’s something that we’ve said on many occasions. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg: we’re much more that that. We inspire, we create, we empower, we educate, we consider, we nurture, we fulfill, we achieve, we contribute; and most importantly, we believe in and we care about, our most important assets of all: our people and our world.

What is our purpose?

Our primary purpose is to make a profit through our creativity that is both sustainable and enjoyable – without which we will cease exist; and what’s the point in that?

Why do we do it?

Simple. Because we love what we do and we love the world that we live in. We try our best to make coming to work a joy.

How do we do it?

We believe that to achieve excellence, in whatever way you chose, you must be able to see all of the possibilities, be unafraid to challenge norms and be unafraid of finding new ways and means of coming up with the answers. At The Color Club we believe that everyone has potential, one way or another, and that our challenge is to educate and unleash the ability and creativity that exists in all of our staff. One of the things that we are most proud of is our work with physically and socially disadvantaged people, people who are stereotyped and misunderstood, via projects with Saigon Children’s Charity and Maison Chance. Both of these projects continue to provide us with excellent employees and a proud and happy staff. We don’t do these things to score CSR points, we do them because we enjoy them and that fact that all of our staff’s lives have been enriched by challenging norms, and continue to be enriched by the experience.

How did we get here?

Where are we going?

We’re going to continue to build company that is based upon sound ethical values, that loves the work that it does, that cares for its clients and its staff. That is considerate to all those who come into contact with it, that sees the real ability in its people; no matter who they are or where they come from and that engages with its communities in a meaningful and productive way; that educates, enriches lives, and most importantly, that contributes and achieves. In our modest way, we like to think that to date, we’ve helped make the community that we operate in a better and happier place.
